Real-time bidding for calls
Ask your buyers for a live price on every call. Connect any buyer's bidding endpoint, read their reply your way, and give each publisher a ping URL that answers with a number or SIP address to transfer to.
Connect any buyer's bidding endpoint
An RTB target holds the buyer's ping URL, method, timeout, request body and auth headers. Send a test ping from the form and see the buyer's real answer next to your mapping before the target takes traffic.
- Map the bid, the number or SIP address to dial, and the billable duration from any field in the reply
- Build accept rules on any field, for example “status equals available”
- Use a fixed price or number when a buyer's ping only says whether an agent is free
- Limit pings per minute so you stay inside each buyer's allowance
Choose when revenue is booked
Each target has a billing trigger: when the call passes the buyer's billable duration, when the buyer answers, or only when the buyer confirms a sale. Buyers can report conversions back to you with a postback.
- Duration, answered or confirmed
- Per-target billable threshold
- A margin check on every bid
A ping URL and spec sheet for every publisher
Attach a publisher source to an RTB campaign and you get the integration details to send them: the ping URL, an RTB ID for platforms that accept one, and a spec sheet. A bid returns a number to transfer to, and, when SIP is on, a SIP address unique to that bid, so the call is matched to its bid whatever the caller ID.
- Works with publishers on Ringba, Retreaver, CallGrid and other platforms
- Require a caller ID on pings, per campaign
- Decide what happens to a call that arrives after its bid expired
