Buyer and publisher portals, invoices and disputes
Your buyers and publishers each get their own portal. Invoices and statements are made on each partner's billing cycle, disputes are handled in one inbox, and a buyer's report can be checked against your calls in seconds.
A portal for every partner
Invite as many people from a buyer or publisher company as you need, and revoke access at any time. Publishers see their campaigns, tracking numbers, ping URLs, calls and statements. Buyers see their campaigns, calls, invoices, and can dispute a call.
- Multiple logins per company
- Revoke and restore access
- Each partner sees only their own data
Invoices and statements on each partner's cycle
Each buyer and publisher is billed weekly, twice a month or monthly. Invoices and statements are built from the calls themselves, include every credit and adjustment, and can be printed, saved as PDF or downloaded as CSV.
- Weekly, twice-monthly or monthly cycles
- Net terms per buyer
- Print, PDF and CSV
| Campaign | Calls | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Medicare FL | 212 | $8,904.00 |
| Auto insurance GA | 96 | $2,304.00 |
| Dispute credit · duplicate | 1 | -$42.00 |
| Total | $11,166.00 |
Disputes and reconciliation
Buyers dispute a call from their portal with a reason, inside the window you set. You accept, give a partial credit or reject it, and can take the payout back from the publisher in the same step. Upload a buyer's own CSV to see which calls match, where the amounts differ and what only one side has.
- Dispute window per buyer
- Credit and publisher clawback in one decision
- Reconcile a buyer's CSV against your calls
