CallsFlow Plus

A buyer is a company that pays you for calls or leads. A buyer holds the contact details and payment terms. The places calls or leads actually go are its targets (calls) or lead buyers (leads).

Adding a buyer

  1. Open Buyers and click New buyer.
  2. Fill in Company, Contact name and Contact email.
  3. Set Net terms (days), the payment terms you give this buyer.
  4. Set Status to active or paused. A paused buyer is skipped.
  5. Add Notes if you want, then click Save.

Use Edit on the Buyers list to change any of this later.

Conversion callback

Some buyers tell you after the call whether it turned into a sale. In the buyer form, the Conversion callback mapping section lets you say which parameter names that buyer uses:

  • Call ID parameter: for example call_id.
  • Amount parameter: for example revenue.
  • Success parameter (optional) and Success value (optional): for example status and sold. Leave both blank and any request that can be matched to a call counts as a sale.

This matters for targets whose Billing trigger is Confirmed: their revenue is booked only when the buyer reports the sale. See RTB targets.

Confirm key

When you edit a buyer, a Confirm key section lets you click Issue confirm key. You get a confirm URL to give to the buyer, with a Copy URL button. If a key already exists the button reads Rotate confirm key. Rotating makes the old key stop working, so send the buyer the new one.

Buyer logins

To give a buyer's team logins to see their calls and invoices, click Invite (or Team) on their row, or see Users and invites.

Next step

Add one or more targets for the buyer. See RTB targets and Static targets. For leads, see Lead buyers.
