CallsFlow Plus is a call tracking and routing platform for pay-per-call agencies and brokers. It tracks inbound calls, routes each call to your buyers by your rules (including real-time bidding, where your buyers bid on each call), and pings and posts leads to your lead buyers. You pay for usage from a prepaid credit balance.
You sign in at your own address, <your-slug>.callsflowplus.com. Every sign-in asks for a one-time code (see Two-factor and security).
The pieces
- Campaigns define what you sell: calls or leads. See Campaigns.
- Buyers are the companies that pay you. Each buyer has one or more Targets (where calls go) or Lead buyers (where leads go).
- Publishers are the traffic partners who send you calls or leads. Each publisher has sources, which you attach to campaigns with payout terms.
- Numbers are tracking phone numbers tied to a campaign and a source.
- Credits pay for usage. Check the Credits page first.
First steps for a call campaign
- Open Credits and add credit with Top up. With no balance, calls and pings are refused. See Topping up and zero balance.
- Open Buyers and click New buyer.
- Open Targets and click New target for that buyer. See RTB targets or Static targets.
- Open Publishers, click New publisher, then add a source with Add source.
- Open Campaigns, click New campaign, and set its status to active when you are ready.
- On the campaign page, add your targets to the Ping tree and click Save tree. See Routing and the ping tree.
- On the same page, click Attach source to set the publisher's payout. See Publishers and sources.
- Buy a tracking number for the campaign. See Tracking numbers.
First steps for a leads campaign
Create a campaign with type Leads (ping / post), then follow Lead buyers and Lead test console.
Where to look afterwards
The Dashboard shows calls today, revenue, payout and margin, a 24-hour ping funnel and recent activity. Calls lists every call. See Calls log.
