You add credit by card from the Credits page. Money is added to your balance as soon as the payment clears.
Adding credit
- Open Credits.
- Under Add credit, click a preset amount, or type your own under Custom amount ($).
- If you typed an amount, click Top up.
- You are taken to a secure card payment page. Enter your card and pay.
- You come back to the Credits page with "Payment received - your balance updates within a minute."
Amounts must be between $10.00 and $10,000.00. If you cancel on the payment page, nothing is charged. If you see "Payments are not configured yet", contact your platform admin.
The credit you receive equals the amount you pay. Your Payments table lists each card payment, and the Ledger shows the top-up line.
Low balance warning
At or below your low-balance level, a banner appears on every page and you get an email. Top up before the balance reaches zero.
What happens at zero
When your balance is at or below $0.00, routing stops:
- Calls to your numbers are refused. The caller is not connected to a buyer, and the call is marked as rejected for no credit. These refused calls cost nothing.
- Pings from publishers get an ordinary "no bid" reply. The publisher is not told why.
- Lead pings and direct posts are refused. A post for a bid that was already issued still goes through.
- A red banner reads "Out of credit - new pings and calls are paused."
Number hold
If your balance stays at zero, a notice appears on the Credits page: "Your numbers are on hold and will be released [date] unless you top up above $0.00." You are warned along the way. After a week, held numbers are released and callers can no longer reach them. Topping up above $0.00 before that date keeps your numbers.
Resuming
Top up and routing resumes. It can take a short while after the payment clears. If your balance is still zero or below after the top-up, add enough to get above $0.00 once usage is deducted.
