CallsFlow Plus is prepaid. You add credit to your balance with a card payment, and usage is deducted from it. When the balance is positive, everything runs. When it reaches zero, new traffic stops until you top up.
Your balance
Open Credits to see:
- Balance: what you have left.
- Pings for this month, against the free allowance.
- Call minutes, Inbound calls and Dial-outs this month.
- Usage charged this month: the total deducted.
A status badge beside the title shows active, pending (low balance) or paused (out of credit).
How usage is deducted
Usage is billed hourly, and the page tells you how far billing has run ("billed through ..."). Small fractions of a cent carry over, so over a month the total matches the rate exactly. Number rentals are charged when you buy a number and on each monthly anniversary.
Ledger and payments
The Ledger lists every movement on your balance: Top-up, Call minutes, Inbound call fees, Dial-out fees, Number rental, Ping overage, Adjustment, Refund and Chargeback. Each line shows when, the amount (negative for charges), and the reason. Payments lists your card payments.
An Adjustment is a correction made by your platform admin.
Low balance
When your balance falls to the low-balance level, a banner shows across the top of every page ("Low credit: ... left") with a Top up link, and you are alerted by email. When it reaches zero, the banner turns red: "Out of credit - new pings and calls are paused."
Accounts not billed by credit
Some accounts are not billed by prepaid credit. The Credits page then says "This account is not billed by prepaid credit" and nothing is ever blocked for balance.
