Call tracking for pay-per-call campaigns
Every call that reaches your numbers is logged with where it came from, where it went, how long it lasted and what it earned. Recordings are attached to the call.
Tracking numbers tied to a campaign and a source
A tracking number is the phone number a publisher's callers dial. Each number belongs to one campaign and one publisher source, so every call is credited to the right traffic and routed by the right campaign's rules.
- Search and buy numbers by area code from the Numbers page or from inside a campaign
- Label numbers (for example “Facebook GA”) so publishers and reports stay readable
- Move a number you already own to another campaign or source
- Release a number to stop its monthly rent
| Number | Campaign | Source | Label |
|---|---|---|---|
| (404) 555-0182 | Auto insurance GA | Social A | Facebook GA |
| (305) 555-0147 | Medicare FL | Search B | Google FL |
| (512) 555-0119 | Solar TX | Display C | Native TX |
A calls log that answers “what happened?”
The Calls page lists every call with the caller, campaign, publisher source, the buyer it went to, connected time, revenue and payout. Expand a row to see each buyer that was tried and why a call went where it did.
- Play the call recording from the row
- Live calls are marked as they ring and connect
- Filter by date range, campaign, publisher, source or status
- Open the full call trace from any call
| Caller | Buyer | Duration | Revenue | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| (305) 555-0111 | Harbor Health | 4:12 | $42.00 | Completed |
| (470) 555-0163 | DriveSure | 0:48 | $0.00 | Below threshold |
| (214) 555-0190 | SunPeak Solar | 2:05 | $31.00 | Completed |
| (602) 555-0128 | — | — | $0.00 | No buyer |
Static numbers or dynamic, per campaign
When you create a call campaign you choose how calls arrive. A static campaign uses the tracking numbers you assign to each publisher. An RTB (dynamic) campaign also gives publishers a ping URL, and each bid returns one of your numbers, so every call still comes through you with its duration and recording.
- No buyer numbers handed to publishers: every call passes through your account
- A number pool is set up automatically with your first RTB campaign
- Every bid can also carry its own SIP address for platforms that transfer over SIP
