Call trace answers "what happened to this call?" in one place. Open Call trace in the menu and search by the caller's number, a ping ID or a call ID. You can also click Open the full trace from any call's details.
The timeline shows, in order:
- Ping received: which publisher and source sent it, the caller, state and any extra parameters (tags).
- Screening: each data-screening provider's answer, with its reference.
- Auction: how many buyers were pinged and skipped, and how long it took.
- Every buyer: its bid, or why it was skipped (filters, caps, ping limits) or failed (timeout, error, rejected), and for valid bids that lost, why: a lower priority tier, a lower bid, or the margin guard.
- Winner and what the publisher was told: the bid, the number to transfer to and whether it was the source's tracking number or a pool number, or the no-bid reason.
- The call: when it arrived, whether it matched the ping, each dial attempt and its result, and when it ended.
- Money: revenue, payout and whether each side was billable, then the recording, the buyer's conversion report and any adjustments.
