Getting started

What is CallsFlow Plus?

CallsFlow Plus is a call tracking and routing platform for pay-per-call teams. It covers tracking numbers, call routing, real-time bidding (RTB), lead distribution, buyer and publisher portals, billing, and an AI assistant that sets things up from plain English, in one account.

Who is CallsFlow Plus for?

Pay-per-call networks, agencies and brokers that work with buyers and publishers, and lead generation companies that also run call campaigns. Your buyers and publishers get their own portals.

How do I get started?

Send us a message from the contact page. We set up your account at your own address (yourname.callsflowplus.com), you add credit, and create your first campaign.

How does pricing work?

Accounts are prepaid. You add credit by card and usage is deducted from your balance: tracking numbers, connected minutes, calls and pings. Talk to us for current rates.

Calls and routing

How is a buyer chosen for each call?

Each campaign has a ping tree. Targets are tried by tier first; inside a tier the highest bid wins, then the higher weight, then the faster reply. Bids that leave no margin after the publisher payout are dropped.

What happens if a buyer doesn't answer?

The call fails over to the next eligible buyer, within the failover limits you set on the campaign. Each target has its own ring timeout.

Can I send only certain states or zips to a buyer?

Yes. Target filters check state, zip, area code, caller number, publisher, source, campaign or any tag the publisher sends, with AND/OR groups and shared lists.

How are duplicate callers handled?

Campaigns have a duplicate window and buyers can have their own, so a repeat caller inside the window is not sent again. Daily, hourly and monthly caps limit volume per buyer.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Recordings are attached to each call in the calls log and can be played from the row.

Why didn't a call route?

Open the call trace for that caller. It shows the checks the call went through, every buyer that was asked, any filters that applied and each dial attempt.

Real-time bidding

Can my buyers bid on calls in real time?

Yes. An RTB target pings the buyer's endpoint on each call. You map the bid, the number or SIP address to dial and the billable duration from their reply.

Can publishers on Ringba, Retreaver or CallGrid send me calls?

Yes. Give them the campaign's ping URL. Each bid returns one of your numbers to transfer to and, when SIP is on, a SIP address unique to that bid.

When is revenue booked on an RTB call?

You choose per target: when the call passes the buyer's billable duration, when the buyer answers, or only when the buyer confirms a sale.

Leads

Do you support ping/post for leads?

Yes. Publishers can ping and post or post directly, and each lead is sent to your lead buyers in the format each buyer asks for.

Can I test a lead buyer before going live?

Yes. The test console sends a sample ping and post to the buyer and shows the full exchange. Tests never touch bids, leads, reports or money.

AI assistant

Can AI set up campaigns, buyers and targets for me?

Yes. Describe a campaign in plain English, or paste a buyer's API doc, and the setup assistant drafts the campaign, buyers, targets and routing, or a lead buyer's spec, for you to review and create.

Does the assistant change anything without my approval?

No. Nothing is saved until you click Create, everything is created paused, and API keys or passwords are never filled in for you.

Can I ask questions in plain English?

Yes. The support chat answers how-to questions from the help center and links the articles it used. For account questions you can open a ticket from the chat.

Billing, portals and security

Do buyers and publishers get their own logins?

Yes. Invite as many people from each company as you need and revoke access at any time. Each partner sees only their own calls, campaigns and invoices or statements.

How are invoices and statements made?

Each buyer and publisher is billed weekly, twice a month or monthly. Invoices and statements come from the calls themselves, include credits and adjustments, and can be printed, saved as PDF or downloaded as CSV.

How do disputes work?

A buyer disputes a call from their portal inside the window you set. You accept, give a partial credit or reject it, and can take the payout back from the publisher at the same time.

Can I screen callers against a TCPA litigator list?

Yes. Connect your own TCPA litigator, Do Not Call or line-type provider. Callers are checked before any buyer sees the call, and every lookup is logged.

What happens when my balance reaches zero?

New calls and pings are refused until you top up. If the balance stays at zero, numbers are put on hold and released after a week.

How are accounts kept secure?

Every sign-in uses a password and a one-time code, and you can remember a trusted device for 30 days.

Track every call. Route it your way.

Tell us about your campaigns and we will set up your account, with a portal for each of your buyers and publishers.
