Target caps
Open a target and scroll to Caps. Each limit is optional; leave it blank for no cap.
- Calls per hour / day / month: how many calls this target takes.
- Revenue per day / month ($): stop once this much revenue is booked.
- Count: every routed call, or billable calls only (for buyers who cap on conversions).
- Caps time zone: caps reset at the start of each hour, day and month in this zone, usually the buyer's.
Calls that are still ringing count against the cap, so a burst of calls cannot push a buyer over. When a target is at a cap it is skipped and the call goes to the other targets; the call's details say why, for example Not offered this call: daily cap of 50 calls reached.
Concurrency (calls at the same time) and hours of operation are separate settings on the same page.
Duplicate windows
- Campaign duplicate window (campaign settings): the same caller within N hours is blocked or flagged for the whole campaign.
- Buyer duplicate window (buyer settings): never send this buyer a caller they already took, meaning connected or billed, within N days, across all your campaigns. Other buyers can still get the call. Many final expense and Medicare buyers use 30 days.
