Your publishers and buyers each land on a Dashboard when they sign in to their portal. It shows how their own traffic is going today and refreshes itself every 15 seconds. The portal menu runs down the left, like yours: Dashboard, Reports, Campaigns, Statements and Security for publishers, and Dashboard, Reports, Calls, Campaigns, Invoices and Security for buyers. On a phone it opens from the menu button at the top.
Days on the dashboard start at midnight UTC, the same days as the account's own Dashboard. Reports lets you pick the timezone (Eastern by default), so a day there can start at a different hour.
What a publisher sees
- Live calls: how many of their calls are on a buyer now, and how many are ringing or connected. Open live calls opens their Reports showing live and ringing calls.
- Converted / unique / total calls for Today, Yesterday, Last 4 hours and Last hour, with the conversion rate (converted calls are the ones you pay them for).
- Your payout for the same four windows.
- Calls by hour: today against yesterday.
- By campaign and number: one row per campaign and tracking number, with Yesterday, Today, Live, Converted, Avg duration, Payout, Cap and Remaining. Calls that came in through an RTB ping are grouped in one RTB pings row per campaign. Every active tracking number has a row, even with no calls yet. Publishers have no caps of their own, so Cap reads No cap.
A publisher never sees your revenue, your margin, or which buyer or target took a call.
What a buyer sees
- Daily cap almost reached: shown when one of their campaigns has 10% or less of its daily cap left (and Daily cap reached when none is left).
- Live calls: calls in progress on their targets, against their lines (the sum of their active targets' concurrency limits).
- Converted / unique / total calls and Your spend for Today, Yesterday, Last 4 hours and Last hour. Converted calls are the ones they were billed for.
- Calls by hour: today against yesterday.
- By campaign: Status (Receiving, Paused or At cap), Yesterday, Today, Live / lines, Converted, Avg duration, Spend, Daily cap and Remaining. The daily cap is the total of the daily call caps on their targets for that campaign, counted the way routing counts it (in each target's cap timezone). If any of those targets has no daily cap, the campaign shows No cap. A campaign is Paused when you paused it, their account is paused, or none of their targets on it is active.
- Disputes: how many of their disputes are open and how many opened this month are resolved. See disputed calls opens their Calls page.
- Latest invoice: the period, total and due date (the period end plus their net terms). Open invoices opens their Invoices page.
A buyer never sees what you pay publishers, your margin, or which publisher sent a call.
Calls
Publishers see their calls in Reports, which has every call's details. The buyer portal's Calls page lists the latest calls with Status as the first column, and is where buyers dispute a call.
Campaigns
A publisher's Campaigns page shows each campaign they are on, with their tracking numbers or ping URL and what they are paid. A fixed payout shows its amount (for example $25.00 per call lasting 90 seconds or more). Any other payout only says which calls are paid (Paid on calls lasting 90 seconds or more): a publisher never sees a revenue share percentage, or that their payout is a share of revenue.
