Dial and bid insights

Two report pages show how each target performs: Bid insights for the pings, Dial insights for the phone calls that followed.

Bid insights

Open Bid insights to see, per target, how buyers respond to pings. It covers the last 24 hours unless you pick a date range. Filter by campaign, publisher, source or outcome, and tick Break out by publisher to split each target by traffic partner.

Columns:

  • Pinged: pings sent to the target.
  • Bid: answered with a usable bid.
  • Rejected: the buyer declined.
  • Timeout and Error: no usable reply in time, or a failed request.
  • Margin blocked: a bid was received but it left no margin after the publisher payout, so it was not used.
  • Wins and Win rate: how often this target won the call.
  • Avg / Max Bid.
  • Latency avg / p95 (ms): how fast the buyer replies.
  • Top Reject Reason and Recent: the most common reason for refusals, and the latest results.

Click a target to see the individual pings to it, with time, outcome, reason, bid, latency, number, caller, campaign, source and publisher. Filter outcomes by bid, rejected, timeout, error or margin_blocked.

Use this to spot a buyer who is slow, declines often, or whose bids are being blocked by your payout.

Dial insights

Open Dial insights to see what happened when buyers were actually dialed. Per target it shows Dialed, Answered, Busy, No answer, Rejected, Error, In flight (when calls are still live) and Answer rate.

A low answer rate tells you the buyer's line is busy, unstaffed, or the number is wrong. Pair it with the ring timeout and concurrency cap on the target. See Ring timeout, caps and failover.

Every buyer dialed costs a dial-out fee, answered or not, so a low answer rate also costs credit. See Charges and rates.

Billing reports

The Billing page covers money between you and your partners: Publisher statements, Buyer invoices, a Ledger of revenue, payout and adjustments, a New adjustment button, and Run weekly rollup. Statements show as unsent, sent or paid, with a CSV download.
