One email and password can open several accounts on CallsFlow Plus. You might run your own account as an admin, send calls to another company as a publisher and buy calls from a third as a buyer. You sign in once and move between them from the Switch account menu.
How you get another account
Someone invites your email. If you already sign in to CallsFlow Plus, nothing about your login changes: you get an email that says "You've been given access to" the company, and a Sign in button. Use the email and password you already have.
If your email is new to CallsFlow Plus, you get the usual welcome email with a Set your password link instead. See Users and invites.
Signing in
- On a company's own address (
<slug>.callsflowplus.com) you sign in to your account with that company. If you have more than one there, for example as a publisher and as a buyer, you land on the one you used last. - On
app.callsflowplus.comyou land on the account you used last.
Switching account
- Click your account button at the bottom of the menu on the left (in a publisher or buyer portal too). It shows the account you are in and your role.
- The Switch account menu lists Your account (your admin accounts) first, then Publisher accounts, then Buyer accounts. Each one shows its name and the company it is on. A check mark shows the account you are in.
- Click an account to switch to it. You are not asked for your password or a code again.
An account on another company's address opens on that address. To keep the account you are in open as well, click the open-in-new-tab icon next to the other account.
If someone else is already signed in on that address in your browser, you are asked first: "You're signed in as" their email, "Switch to" yours? Click Switch to your email to continue, or Stay signed in as theirs to leave it as it was.
With more than six accounts, a Find an account box at the top of the menu filters the list. Security and Sign out are at the bottom of the menu.
What is shared and what is not
- Your password and two-factor settings are shared by all your accounts. Set up an authenticator app once on Security and every account uses it. Remember this device for 30 days also covers every account.
- Changing your password signs you out of every account, on every device.
- Each account keeps its own data, theme and permissions. Switching to a publisher account shows only that publisher's portal.
- When a company removes your access, only that account goes. Your other accounts and your password are not touched.
Good to know
- An admin of one company cannot reset your password or two-factor settings once you also sign in to another account. You change both yourself on Security. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we email you a link to choose a new one. The link works for 1 hour.
- Admins never see which other accounts you have.
