The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows how today is going, what needs your attention, and, on a new account, the steps to get your first call through. It refreshes itself every few seconds, so you can leave it open.
When calls are in progress (ringing or live), a pill at the top shows how many, for example 3 live calls. Click it to see them in the call log.
The period switch
Use Today, Yesterday, 7 days or 30 days at the top to change the period for the tiles and Top movers. Each number is compared with the period just before it:
- Today is compared with all of yesterday ("vs yesterday"). Early in the day today will usually look lower, because yesterday is a full day.
- Yesterday is compared with the day before ("vs day before").
- 7 days and 30 days are compared with the 7 or 30 days before them ("vs previous 7 days", "vs previous 30 days"). Both include today so far.
Days start at midnight UTC, the same days as the Insights page, so the numbers match. The Reports page counts days in the time zone you pick there (Eastern time by default); pick UTC on it to match this page.
Needs attention
This box only appears when something is wrong. Problems that stop money are listed first. Each item links to the page where you fix it.
- Credit balance low: your prepaid balance is at or below your low-balance alert. It shows what is left and, from the last 24 hours of spend, about how long it will last. See Topping up and zero balance.
- Buyer timing out: a buyer timed out or returned an error on 10% or more of its pings in the last hour (at least 10 pings). Calls are going to other buyers instead. Open the target and check its ping URL and timeout.
- Buyer not bidding: an active buyer was pinged 20 or more times in the last 24 hours and bid on none. Their endpoint may be down or their filters may have changed.
- Cap reached: a target or a campaign hit its daily cap today. A capped target is skipped and calls go to your other targets; a capped campaign refuses new calls until tomorrow. See Caps and duplicate windows.
- Open disputes: buyers have disputed calls and are waiting for your decision. See Disputes and billing.
- Numbers waiting for credit: you have an RTB campaign, but your RTB number pool is only set up once you have credit. Add credit to get it.
- Support replied: the support team answered one of your tickets and you have not read the reply yet.
The tiles
- Calls: every call in the period.
- Revenue, Payout and Margin: money for those calls, including any adjustments made later.
- Telco cost: what those calls cost your account, and Margin after cost: margin minus that telco cost. A call is priced once it has ended, so today's costs can trail by up to about an hour. See What a call costs.
- Answer rate: the share of calls that connected.
- Paid rate: the share of calls that earned revenue.
- Revenue per call: revenue divided by all calls.
- Average bid: the average accepted bid from your RTB buyers in the period.
Under each tile the arrow shows the change against the previous period: a percentage for counts and money, and points (pts) for rates. A rate with no calls shows a dash.
Calls by hour
Calls for each hour of today (solid line) against yesterday (dashed line). The caption under the chart compares the current hour with the same hour yesterday, for example 3 pm: 34 calls, 4 more than yesterday.
Credit
Your Credit balance, what you Spent in the last 24 hours, how long it Lasts about at that spend, and your Low-balance alert at amount. Click Add credit to top up. This card is hidden on accounts that do not use prepaid credit. See How credits work.
Top movers
The campaigns, buyers and publishers whose revenue changed the most against the previous period, up or down. Switch between Campaigns, Buyers and Publishers. Change is this period's revenue minus the previous period's. Calls refused before routing (for example for no credit) are not counted.
Buyer health
Your RTB buyers over the last 24 hours, problems first: Bid rate, Wins, Timeouts, Speed (average response time) and a Status: Timing out, Not bidding, Paused or Healthy. Click Bid insights for the full report. See Dial and bid insights.
Recent calls
The latest calls with their campaign, revenue and payout, and status. Each row opens that call's trace, which shows every step of how it was routed. Click All calls for the call log.
Ping funnel
How many Pings came in, how many got a Bid, how many were Called, and how many were Paid.
Leads
If you sell leads, this panel shows lead Pings, leads Sold, the Sell rate and lead Revenue. Click Leads for the full list. It is hidden until your account has lead activity.
Get your first call through
On a new account the dashboard shows a checklist instead of charts:
- Create a campaign.
- Add a buyer and a target.
- Add credit. Accounts that do not use prepaid credit skip this step.
- Get a tracking number: click Buy a number and point it at your campaign.
- Make a test call: call your number and watch it route. Click Open call trace.
Each finished step shows what it found, for example your campaign's name. Prefer to describe it? Type what you want in Rather describe it? and click Draft it, and the Setup assistant drafts the campaign, buyers and targets for you to check before anything is saved.
The checklist goes away once all five steps are done, and the numbers, charts and buyer health fill in after your first calls.
